Our stainless steel and carbon steel Water Shield Systems are ideal for attenuation of mixed field of neutron and gamma radiation. These light weight, self-supporting systems are simple to install. They significantly decrease dose, after installation. A level gauge clearly displays water level.
Nesting Type
We can create wall configurations of any shape with the two-foot diameter nesting type water shields. With its concave/convex design, there is no streaming between tanks. The nesting shields are available at four, six, seven and eight foot heights with a shielding impact scalable based on the number of rows used. Other designs are available.
