The Apollo Room laser is remote controlled and adjustable. The all internal adjustment system, standard on all of Lap treatment room lasers, makes these patient positioning lasers a an option for precision applications such as stereotactic radio surgery. On the Apollo laser all six axis internal adjustments are available to the user via the single infrared remote control. This device can be programmed to operate up to six lasers in a room. Apollo patient positioning lasers are available in red or green. The green lasers contain a thermostatic control system to further prolong the diode life.
Prism optics allow laser lines to be long, narrow, bright and of equal thickness. The Apollo is constructed in compact housing attached to an angle bracket, which is easily mountable in the treatment room environment.
LAP patient alignment systems comply with Center of Devices and Radiological Health regulation for class II lasers (21 CFR 1040).

With the purchase of this treatment room laser, all the necessary components are supplied. However if you would like to purchase an extra remote control , IR receiver, and or power supply for the LAP Apollo Laser, these items are available for individual purchase.
Also available are custom mounting brackets for large distances between the mounting plates and the false ceiling or wall recess. Whatever your room looks like, we find a mounting solution.
The Apollo lasers may also be housed in a free standing column for applications where suitable wall mounts are not available. Also available through special order are vertically mounted sagittal lasers for specific mounting conditions. These lasers are especially useful for upgrading existing treatment rooms where by the mounting plate for the sagittal laser is aligned vertically instead of horizontally as is required by the LAP APOLLO laser.
