The compact GammaView with a 1x1 Nal scintillation detector, is light and ergonomic. It is an ultra sensitive detector for low-level gamma radiation, useful for surveying gamma contamination and exposure. The GammaView is ideal for use in the lab, facility, and in the field.

The GammaView features a downloadable smart phone app that provides real time display and data-logging with a GPS stamp. Another interesting feature is the single-channel analyzer (SCA) option. This function allows a “window” to be set to focus on a specific energy region of the gamma spectrum, effectively reducing the background count.

Averaging Periods

levels, the update is the average for the past 30-second time
period. The timed period for the average decreases as the
